We are based on Vijayalakshmi Street in Ayapakkam, north-west Chennai, and cover the city on call. Response is fastest in the surrounding belt — Ambattur, Korattur, Padi, Mogappair, Anna Nagar, Villivakkam, Thirumangalam and Avadi. Further out we still travel, but call first and we will tell you honestly what we can do rather than promise a slot we cannot keep.
How coverage actually works
Distance decides response time, not whether we come. A machine in Ambattur can often be seen the same day because it is minutes away. Somewhere across the city is a longer round, and it is usually more sensible to plan it than to promise an hour.
If your printer has stopped and it matters today, say so on the phone. We would rather tell you honestly that tomorrow morning is realistic than have you wait in for someone who cannot get there.
For anything further out, bench work is often the better answer: the machine comes to Ayapakkam, gets a proper job done on it rather than a rushed one on site, and goes back.

Do you charge extra for travel to further areas?
Call and we will be straight about it. Distance affects what makes sense — for somewhere across the city, bringing the machine to the bench is often better value than paying for a round trip.
How fast can you reach me?
In the north-west belt, same day is usually realistic. Further out it depends on the day. We would rather tell you honestly than promise a slot and miss it.

Can I just bring the printer to you?
Yes, and for anything at distance it is often the better option. The workshop is on Vijayalakshmi Street in Ayapakkam, open Monday to Saturday, 9am to 7pm.
