Why ribbons are still on this list
Plenty of businesses still run impact printers, and for good reason: multi-part stationery, continuous forms and carbon copies are things a laser printer simply cannot do. If you are running those machines, ribbons are the consumable that always runs out at the worst time. We keep them.
Supply for offices
If you run several machines, standing supply is simpler than reordering each time something runs dry. We can work out what you actually get through and keep it moving so you are not stopping work to hunt for a cartridge.
That works well alongside an annual maintenance contract — one call covers both the machines and what goes into them.

Do you supply original cartridges or compatibles?
Both, and refills. Which is right depends on the machine, what you print and how much it matters if a page is not perfect. Tell us what you are printing and we will give you a straight recommendation.
Can you supply for a whole office on standing order?
Yes. That is a good part of what we do — working out real consumption and keeping it stocked so nobody is chasing cartridges.
Do you still stock dot-matrix ribbons?
Yes. Plenty of businesses still run impact printers for multi-part stationery, and those ribbons remain part of what we keep.
